Is my order shipped discreetly?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. The outside of the package will not display product names, explicit descriptions, or information revealing the nature of the items inside.
How much is shipping?
Standard U.S. shipping is $7.95 for orders under $60. Orders of $60 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is usually estimated at 5–8 business days after processing.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
Some products may ship from different fulfillment locations. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages or on different delivery dates.
Separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment as it becomes available.
What materials are your products made from?
Materials vary by product. Please check the individual product description for available material and product information before placing your order.
Can I return an intimate product?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of intimate products are final. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
Do I need to be 18 or older to shop?
Yes. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your state or jurisdiction.
